The Research and Development (R&D) Area of Benito Roggio Ambiental was created to add and develop new technologies in biotechnology and environmental chemistry, a little known and spread discipline in Argentina, and a strong commitment of BRa with the 21st century clean technologies.
To achieve such goal, the R&D of BRa will act as a link between different universities, research centers, organizations, and domestic and international companies. Such cooperation network with local and foreign scientists will enable scientific knowledge transfer to specific solutions.
R&D entered into an agreement with Universidad de Belgrano, where the central laboratory of environmental technology will operate. There, different research projects of high academic level will be carried out and coordinated.
The central laboratory is being built and will be operational by the first months of 2011, when current projects in progress will be transferred to the new facilities.
