Benito Roggio ambiental started up in 1986 through the company Clima, when the company was awarded the concession of household waste collection in the city of Córdoba in Argentina.
Since then, the company has steadily grown, thus extending our services to other cities of Argentina under the name of Cliba and other countries of the region, and developing companies specialized in different environmental services.

It is worth mentioning the geography of some regional participations over 20 years such as the agreements for the provision of urban hygiene services in the cities of Puebla (Mexico), Asunción (Paraguay), San Pablo (Brazil), and La Paz (Bolivia), and presences in the main cities of Argentina, including, but not limited to, Buenos Aires, Rosario, and Neuquén.

Roggio desembarca en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires como segunda prestataria de servicios en higiene urbana. Nace CLIBA. |

En el marco del Grupo Roggio y con la estructura de CLIBA, la organización se expande internacionalmente (1. Uruguay, 2. Brasil, 3. Bolivia, 4. México). |

En simultáneo, a nivel nacional se obtienen los contratos de Higiene Urbana de Rosario, Bahía Blanca, 3 de Febrero, San Isidro, Bariloche. |

Se licita el primer módulo del relleno sanitario Norte III. Roggio gana la licitación y nace TECSAN. |

Se construye el Relleno de Seguridad mediante celdas de TAYM en Córdoba. |

Se inicia la construcción en Norte IIIb de la planta de extracción y tratamiento de biogás. Nace ECOAYRES. |
